Core contains settings that directly affect Xray-core, runtime mode, the platform tunnel, rule data, and diagnostics.

TUN mode keeps the current VPN/TUN behavior. Proxy mode only starts Xray inside the app process and exposes local SOCKS and HTTP proxy ports. It does not change system proxy, route, or DNS settings, and it does not appear as a system VPN connection; configure your system or browser manually when you use Proxy mode.
The enhanced routing templates are no longer imported from inside the app. Use the Routing page to copy the current JSON templates into Xray Settings.
